Be careful out there, you’re not invincible. I’m only 23 years old myself (5 years out of high school). I just found out that another one of my former football teammates has passed away. This brings the total to 4.

He was involved in a motorcycle accident at night, and wasn’t found for several hours. There may have been other factors involved.

Be smart out there and keep safe.

I know some kids from my high school class have died, it’s been 8 years since I was in high school, shit still happens . I’m home cause I lost my job and that’s kinda fucked up.

We lost our first a few months ago due to a motorcycle accident, it sucks. It doesn’t help that we were a class of less than 100, so we all knew each other pretty well. Sorry for y’all’s loss.

I’m sorry to hear about that. A guy who graduated at my school this year died in a car wreck about two weeks ago, and people are taking it hard. But I remember at the beginning of freshman year, a girl in my class overdosed on Xanax and later passed away. That was tough as well.

He wasn’t in my class (2 years younger) but him and his older brother played little league and high school ball with me from age 7 up.

Yeah, the toughest one was my sophomore year when we lost 2 classmates (both star athletes) to suicides. It was a really rough year.

Sorry to hear that man. A high-school friend of mine went a similar way - motorcycle accident. But he was trying to outrun the cops one night for whatever reason and hit a pole in a parking garage. No excusing his behavior. Just got to play it smart and safe.

4 of our hs graduating class members out of 130 are dead so far. During hs we lost two. One of the 1/4 was death by head on collison.

That’s awful. Only one of the four was in my class, we were around 297.

It was a small class. But our class saw “a lot of shit”. A few our student/staff death especially in our junior and senior year. It wasn’t unusual to be called down into the theater and have a briefing on what happened. You get jaded after a while even during college when its pretty bad.
